1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LoL Coaching platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

LoL Coaching is an online marketplace that connects League of Legends players with coaches for personalised coaching sessions. We facilitate the connection between coaches and students but are not directly responsible for the content or quality of individual coaching sessions.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Coach Obligations

Coaches on the platform agree to provide coaching services as described in their profiles. Coaches are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LoL Coaching. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information and the quality of their coaching sessions.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. Prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. LoL Coaching charges a commission on each transaction to maintain and improve the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; harass, abuse, or threaten other users; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts; share account-boosting or cheating services; circumvent the platform's payment system; or post false or misleading information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the LoL Coaching platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LoL Coaching or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. League of Legends and related trademarks are the property of Riot Games, Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

LoL Coaching is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoL Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
