What is League of Legends coaching?
A coaching session is an hour of 1-on-1 time with a rank-verified high-elo player, usually Challenger or Grandmaster, spent on your games and nobody else's.
What a session is
- Your coach watches you play live, or reviews a recording of a recent game.
- They find the habits that are actually holding you back, not generic tips.
- You leave with a focused plan for what to practice next.
- Three coaching formats: live game review, VOD review, and duo queue.
Coaching is not boosting
- Nobody plays on your account. Ever.
- No account sharing, no bought rank.
- No promises of a specific rank.
They teach, you play, and the rank you gain is one you can hold.
Who League of Legends coaching is for
A League coach is for anyone who wants to get better at League faster than grinding alone. Coaches here have taken students from low elo to Master and beyond, and most students start in one of three places.

Hardstuck in low elo
Iron to Gold, you've watched the guides, and nothing sticks. Coaching here is built on fundamentals: your coach finds the one or two habits costing you games you should win.

Plateaued in Plat or Emerald
You know the game, but the climb stalled and you want to improve one role. This is where game knowledge and decision-making matter: when to rotate, when to recall, what your champion pool should look like.

High elo and ready to compete
Diamond and above, aiming for Master, Grandmaster, or a team tryout. You need someone better at the game than you to review your VODs at the level the ladder demands.

What to expect from a coaching session
From booking to takeaways, here is the whole flow. Coaches never play on your account: everything happens over Discord voice and screen share, on your own client, at your own rank.
- 1
Book a session with a coach
Browse coaches and filter by role, rank, language, and budget. Pick a time that works for you. Some coaches offer a free intro session, so claim one if it's on their profile.
- 2
A short intake before the session
Before the session, your coach asks a few quick questions on your private order page: your role, current rank, main champions, and what you want out of coaching. Five minutes, and it makes the whole hour sharper.
- 3
The coaching session itself
In a live game review, your coach watches you play a ranked game over Discord voice and comments in real time. In a VOD review, you walk through a recorded game together, pausing on every death and rotation. In duo queue, you play alongside your coach while they call decisions as they happen.
- 4
Your takeaways: two or three habits to drill
You leave with two or three specific habits to drill, not a wall of theory. Things like tracking the enemy jungler off the first clear, or stopping the greedy third wave crash before your recall. Laning, wave management, macro: the fundamentals that are actually costing you LP.
- 5
Follow up with your coach
You keep chat access after the session. Book the same coach again to check your progress, or try another coach for a different perspective on the same role.
Why a Challenger coach beats grinding soloq alone
Solo queue teaches slowly and at random, and blaming teammates teaches nothing. A coach watches your gameplay and names the exact habit costing you LP.
A second pair of eyes on your games
You review your own games through the same habits that caused the mistakes. A coach sees what you can't.
Focused practice on one bad habit
One hour spent fixing a single bad habit moves you further than ten hours of queueing on autopilot.
A Challenger player's pattern recognition
A Challenger coach already knows the patterns you're grinding to discover. Skip years of trial and error.
Feedback while the play is fresh
Advice lands hardest right after the play. Live and VOD review tie every note to a moment you remember.
Coaching vs. free guides
YouTube guides are free and good for concepts. A coach fixes your games: your champion pool, your matchups, your specific mistakes.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before your first session: how coaching works, what it costs, which servers and languages are covered, and how to pick the right coach. Still stuck? Talk to us.
How does League of Legends coaching work?
Pick a coach, book a session, and you'll get a private order page to message them. Most coaches do a live game review or a VOD breakdown over Discord voice, then send you a personal improvement plan. You keep chat access afterward to follow up.
What are the benefits of League of Legends coaching?
Coaching focuses on your own games, which is why it helps you improve faster than grinding soloq alone. A coach helps you understand the game instead of memorizing builds: why the fight was lost, which wave to crash, where the enemy jungler is. You stop guessing and start fixing the habits that are actually holding you back.
How do I choose the right League of Legends coach?
Start with your role: many coaches here coach all roles, but a top laner learns most from a coach who mains top, and a jungle coach is the one to ask about jungle pathing. Then check champion pool, language, price, and the coaching format you prefer, live or VOD review. Read the bio for coaching experience and pro background, and the reviews for how they teach. Every coach here is far above any student's skill level, so pick for fit, not for rank.
How quickly will I improve from League of Legends coaching?
One or two VOD reviews are usually enough to uncover your biggest mistakes. A Gold or Plat player with one glaring habit can feel the difference within a few games; a Diamond player polishing details needs a few sessions. Turning fixes into habits takes practice, so most students book a few sessions to lock them in. No coach here promises a rank.
How are coaches vetted?
Every coach is rank-verified before they can take students, and most have reached Challenger. Many also have professional League of Legends experience, from ERL teams up to LEC and LCS coaching staff. Ratings and reviews come only from players who actually completed a paid session.
What roles and ranks do you cover?
All five roles and every elo, from hard-stuck Iron to Master+ pushing for pro. Use the filters to find a coach for your exact role, champion pool, language, and budget.
Which servers are the coaches on?
Coaches here play on several servers, including EUW, EUNE and NA, and some hit Challenger on more than one of them. Sessions run over Discord and screen share, so a coach on a different server can still review your games. Only duo queue needs you both on the same server.
How much does League of Legends coaching cost?
Coaches set their own rates. Sessions start around $10/hr and go up for pro-level coaches. Many offer 5- and 10-hour bundles at a discount, and some offer a free intro.
Is LoL coaching allowed by Riot?
Yes. Coaching is teaching: your coach reviews your games and shows you what to fix, but never plays on your account. That makes it completely different from boosting, which is against Riot's rules and banned on our platform.
Where can I find League of Legends coaching services?
Right here. LoL Coaching is a marketplace that connects players and coaches: browse rank-verified coaches, filter by role, elo, language and price, and book directly. Coaching services run over Discord, so you can work with a coach from any server or country.
Can I get coaching in my language?
Yes. Use the language filter to find coaches who speak your language. Many coach in more than one.
What if I'm not happy with a session?
If something goes wrong, open a dispute from your order page and our team will review it. We want every session to move your rank forward.
Can I become a coach?
Yes. If you're Diamond+ and want to coach, apply to join: set your own rates, take students on your schedule, and get paid weekly.
Your next rank starts with one session.
Pick a League of Legends coach, book one session, and find out exactly what's costing you LP. One hour is usually enough to uncover your biggest mistake. Fixing it is what gets you to the higher ranks.
