Most ADC players stall for the same reason: they grind mechanics but nobody checks their decisions. You can hit every last hit and still lose to a wave you never controlled. The gap between ranks is rarely aim, it is judgment.

ADC is the least forgiving role on the map. You are the shortest range carry, the top kill priority, and the first player blamed when a fight goes wrong. Solo queue punishes your mistakes hard and never explains them.

A coach watches your games and shows you the patterns you cannot see yourself: the trades you should skip, the waves you should freeze, the fights that were lost before you clicked. Fix the decisions and the mechanics you already have start winning games.

What you'll work on

Kiting and Spacing

Weave autos between steps so you keep dealing damage without drifting into kill range.

Wave Control

Freeze, slow push, or crash on purpose so every recall and trade happens on your timer.

Trading Windows

Trade when cooldowns and minion aggro favor you, not whenever the enemy walks up.

Target Selection

Hit the closest safe target instead of chasing their carry through five bodies.

Threat Awareness

Track hooks, flanks, and engage cooldowns so your positioning runs on vision, not hope.

Gold and Spikes

Keep farming between fights so you hit item spikes before the enemy ADC does.

01

Wave Control Wins Lanes

Bot lane is a 2v2 built on top of the wave. A freeze near your tower starves the enemy ADC and sets up your jungler, while a well timed crash buys you a free recall, a plate, or prio for dragon. Most lanes are decided by who controls that rhythm, not by who lands more poke.

A coach teaches you to read the lane before you act on it. Poke lanes, all in lanes, and sustain lanes each demand a different wave plan, and pushing on the wrong timer hands the enemy jungler a free kill. Once you plan waves around recalls and objectives, laning stops feeling like a coin flip.

02

Positioning Is Damage Uptime

Your job in a fight is simple to say and hard to do: deal damage for as many seconds as possible without dying. That means spacing off the two biggest threats, hitting the closest safe target, and kiting just enough to stay alive. Kiting too much is its own mistake: safe feet, zero damage.

A coach drills the reads behind the movement. Which enemy cooldowns actually threaten you, when the frontline breaks, and when it is your turn to step forward and take over the fight. Uptime comes from confidence in those reads, not from faster fingers.

03

Tempo and the Gold Curve

ADC is a scaling role, so income is tempo. Every wave you skip between fights delays the item spike that lets you actually carry. Strong ADCs treat the mid game as a farming route with fights on the side, not the other way around.

That discipline extends to objectives. You want waves pushed and vision placed before dragon spawns, so the fight starts on your terms while you are at your strongest. A coach builds this loop into your play until arriving rich and on time feels automatic.

ADC mistakes we fix

  • Walking up for one more last hit while the hook champion charges in plain sight.
  • Trading a kill for thirty CS and both summoner spells, then calling it a win.
  • Burning your escape to poke, then having nothing left when the jungler shows up.
  • Standing still mid fight to squeeze out one more auto from a dead position.
  • Hitting a tower with no wave, no vision, and no idea where their jungler is.
  • Killing your lane opponent, then wandering the map instead of taking the wave and plates.

No. Coaches here work with every rank from Iron to Master and above, and ADC fundamentals matter at all of them. The lower your rank, the faster the basics pay off.

Yes. Filter coaches by champion to find someone who plays your pick and knows its matchups, builds, and power spikes.

VOD reviews are best for decisions, since you can pause on every death and every skipped wave. Live sessions suit mechanics like kiting and spacing, where the coach watches you play in real time. Many players alternate between the two.

Yes, but not by forcing fights. You carry by dying less, farming more, and being the strongest player on the map when objectives spawn. A coach shows you exactly where your current games break that pattern.
